I live close to Bruegger's and eat there all the time. Great food. Awesome food. Really great breakfast food if your looking for something quick but awesome. The thai peanut sandwich is my favorite but messy. They had a special break jalepeno breakfast sandwich for a time which I really enjoyed. The bagels are great. I brought them in for my coworkers and they all asked me where I got them and wanted to go get some for themselves. Price wise it is appropriate for your royal oak.

So, I had kinda forgotten about Bruegger's bagels for about a decade. Then re-discovered it when we moved to the area. I got some coupons in the mail, I do believe, and decided to utilize them for my birthday treat. :) Yummo. Really tasty breakfast options, and the coffee is about a zillion times more tasty than Panera (sorry, Panera). Also, and this is very particular, but the tuna salad does NOT HAVE CELERY OR ONIONS in it, folks. That's a big deal, right there. Apparently, Bruegger's realizes that tuna salad actually has a taste to it and doesn't need yucky crunchies in it. :) I recommend both the Royal Oak and Bloomfield locales.

I stop here fairly often on my way to work, they are open early and they are very convenient. The staff is friendly and usually on top of their service. I like the variety of bagels and cream cheese. There strawberry cream cheese on cinnamon raisin bagel is one of my favorite combos. I've also tried a variety of there breakfast sandwiches, they are very good about accommodating my changes to their menu, ex. Bacon instead of sausage. Two things I really like is that you can get the bagel sandwich "skinny" which means they cut out some of the inside of the bagel so that it's not as thick with all the eggs and toppings. It makes it easier to eat for me, and honestly if I'm getting and bagel sandwich I don't need all that extra bagel. Another thing I like it that they can do any sandwich in and wrap form! Makes it super easy for eating on the go. One of the spreads they use on their sandwiches is a sundried tomato spread, its tasty and a noce change from cream cheese! The coffee is always piping hot and fresh! And they make a very good ice coffee variety.
They make Very Good Bagels . The Chicken Noodle Soup is pretty darn good, depends though on Corporate though !!! The guy before is Right , Not enough Reviews. It's been here for over 10 years & I still eat here. Must say something, hopefully something good I hope !!! I LOVE THE EVERYTHING BAGELS !!!!!!!

Stopped in more than once for a quick cinnamon raisin bagel, yogurt, coffee and oj. Can't miss. The product is fairly predictable (meaning good) the service is prompt. I have a weakness for a triple layered bar that is great (and expensive). They also have free wifi. Only drawback is they close around 5:00PM. Not bad for a quick stop and go.

Was walking in Royal Oak the other morning looking for a good breakfast spot, and walked into this place. We wanted something quick so it was kind of our only option, but it did the trick. I ordered the pastrami breakfast bagel sandwich. It was nice and hot, toasted, and had very good flavor. The asiago cheese bagel also added to that flavor. This place is perfect for a quick coffee and breakfast bite.

One thing I was certain I would miss from NY would be their bagels. With Bruegger's, I know that I'll always have a great bagel and coffee. I had a pumpernickel bagel but I really need to try some of the other flavors!

Oh I love Bruegger's! This location is great, the staff is friendly! They do get busy at lunch time so leave a little wiggle room if you're running out for a quick lunch! I love their Rosemary Olive Oil bagels, they make amazing sandwiches! They only lose a star because they're a chain, which may not be fair but there are a few local places not too far away that are amazing.

They have real bagels and don't have any of that whipped cream cheese nonsense! Fresh, done right, and it's delicious. My favorites are a plain bagel toasted with jalapeño cream cheese or bacon scallion cream cheese! Yum! Einstein's could be next door and free and I would still drive to Brueggers.

Love Bruegger's, great selection of bagels and cream cheese. The staff is really nice and very helpful, except the General Manager it seems. We just moved to the area and have been going quite often, each time receiving quite a bit of attitude from this woman. Thank goodness the rest of the staff doesn't follow her lead!

Good bagels and cream cheese. I especially like the varieties of cream cheese. Olive Pimiento? Cucumber Dill? Bacon scallion? Yes, yes, yes. I haven't tried anything but the bagels and cream cheese, but I'll get there eventually!

Pricing is fair. Service is good. Food is outstanding. Only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that sometimes the bagels are not fresh out of the oven (have been sitting out for 1hr+) which is annoying. As long as you have them toast it, you can't really tell.

Wow. I can't believe there aren't more reviews for this place, but then again, it does sort of have a geriatric clientèle. That aside, this place makes the CLOSEST thing that resembles a proper New York bagel that I've had in the metro area. Trust me, these things are good. In fact my first job ever was at the one in Farmington(well, West Bloomfield now) and that is where I fell in love, and the courtship continues years later. My Fiancé and I try to grab a breakfast sandwich anytime we have a morning together, and it's always the best quality stuff, at what their name suggests. This of course means their coffee is swill, but that's about it. Really everything else on the menu LOOKS quite tasty, and it probably is. No matter though, as there is a Starbucks just across the street, if you feel so inclined to have great coffee with your great bagel. As long as the recipes never change, I will forever be a Bruegger's bagels fan. Cheers!
